TT GunLeather Return, Warranty & Cancellation Policy

Custom-Made Holsters

Each TT GunLeather holster is a custom-made product, individually handcrafted to order based upon the customer's specific firearm, carry configuration, and selected options. Because our holsters are made specifically for each customer's order and are not standard retail merchandise, custom-made holsters are not returnable or refundable except in the case of a defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Against Defects

Please inspect and try your holster promptly upon receipt. We cannot accept a return or warranty claim based on an issue first reported months after delivery because the holster was not opened, inspected, or tried when received.

Any holster authorized for return must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition. Please contact us before mailing an item back. An RA (Return Authorization) number must be issued before a return will be accepted. If a return is authorized, the return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the holster. A return is considered initiated when the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information shows that it is in transit to TTGunLeather.

Customer-Requested Customizations

Holsters made or modified according to a customer's individual specifications are custom-made and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changes to cant or ride height

• Full sweat shields

• Modifications for rail-mounted accessories

• Lasers, optics, or other firearm accessories

• Custom exotic leather or trim

• Any other non-standard or customer-requested modification

Although these custom items are not returnable, we stand behind our workmanship. If you have a concern or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We will review concerns individually and determine what assistance may be appropriate.

In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Holsters

Our in-stock and ready-to-ship holsters may have minor cosmetic imperfections, variations, or other conditions that do not affect the fit, function, durability, or intended use of the holster. These may include small marks, variations in the leather or finish, minor cosmetic flaws from the handcrafting process, or other similar imperfections.

These holsters are offered at a discounted price to reflect these conditions and are sold as-is and as final-sale items. By purchasing an in-stock or ready-to-ship holster, the customer acknowledges that the item may have minor cosmetic imperfections or other disclosed conditions and that these are reflected in the reduced price.

For this reason, in-stock and ready-to-ship holsters are not returnable or refundable for cosmetic imperfections, appearance, or other conditions disclosed or reasonably consistent with their discounted status.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before production of your custom holster has begun. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded because materials and labor have been committed to manufacturing the product specifically for your order.

Custom-Made Gun Belts

TT GunLeather gun belts are custom-made to the size specified by the customer and are therefore not returnable or refundable.

Please carefully follow our measuring instructions before placing your order. Because each belt is manufactured specifically to the measurements provided with the order, we cannot accept returns due to an incorrect size being ordered.

If you believe there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of your belt, please contact us so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
